Who is responsible for the data

Belluro is not a registered company yet. Until it is, the data controller is Mirela Mileva, a private individual and one of the founders of Belluro. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What data we collect

When you apply for early access: your name, the salon name, phone, city, salon type, team size, how you book appointments now and, optionally, which feature would make you choose Belluro. If you choose "Other" as the salon type, also the short description you write. We also keep when you gave consent.

What we use it for

Only to call you, get acquainted and arrange your salon's place in early access. We don't send ads, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months from your application. If your salon starts working with Belluro, we keep it for as long as you take part. We delete it straight away if you withdraw consent.

Who else sees it

Application data is stored on a server in the European Union that we run ourselves. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical visit data such as your IP address to protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare may transfer such data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. When a new application arrives, we get a Slack notification that contains no contact details.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can withdraw consent. Write to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
